RE1 Berlin Hbf-Frankfurt O. info on www.db.de - Normal ticket 10 Euro or if you are lucky group ticket (Berlin-Brandenburg Ticket if 5 people are travelling, cost per person 5,60 Euro), journey takes about 1 hour and the trains run more or less every hour

or Berlin Lichtenberg - Frankfurt O. by ODEG (http://odeg.de/liniennetz-und-fahrplaene/linien-fahrplaene/)

then Frankfurt O. - Poznan by PKP (http://rozklad-pkp.pl/bin/query.exe/en?)
