Plebiscite countersign in taiwan for beef and beef product consumption

It is begin from February 11 to July 15 to arrive at 120 million people countersign, and ballot in year-end, maybe. Either BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, PrPsc) or global warming, we go ahead. Livestock industry product 18% GHG and Livestock industry chain product 51% GHG (according Worldwatch institute). So may be travel in taiwan this year is meaning.
