veggie/vegan restaurants in taipei area

hi there,
I just came back from Taiwan and am trying to start eating vegan recently

therefore i'd like to know if there are any vegan/veggie friendly restaurants or street food in shilin district, or in big taipei area

There are thousands:) if you can read Chinese I can give you a book that lists most of them. Just let me know.
