Is there a cookbook that represents current New Zealand style cooking?

Hi All:

I'm visiting New Zealand and will be in Christchurch for 3 days starting Friday Feb 11.

Are there any cookbooks you can recommend that are representative of current New Zealand cooking?

I'd welcome any suggestions.

My answer is nowhere near as comprehensive. I can think of a simple, cheap and slightly old fashioned but CLASSIC cook book that we all grew up with. Most of it never goes out of fashion with the other cookbook classics.
