Three-year anniversary statistics

I have hosted 148 people (average 4.1 per month) and been hosted by 3 people. I have traveled with two CSers. I have gotten 134 positive references (average 3.7 per month) and made 151 friends (average 4.2 per month), many of whom are also friends on Facebook. I continue to enjoy it immensely. My current guests are a 32 y/o woman from Connecticut (USA) and a 70 y/o man from Serbia. Later today, I am expecting a 33 y/o woman from Japan who is headed to a Rainbow Gathering north of Guatemala City. Later this month, I am expecting a couple from Turkey. I am curious to hear how others felt about hosting at their three-year anniversary.
