I cannot understand from this thread why we should save our data? It seems CS is deleting profiles or parts of profiles indiscreminately? Please clarify. I dont have Firefox or any other fancy programmes to save my profile data. I have WindowsXP only. Is there a way I can save my data, which seems needed from the info of this thread. PC user here with limited knowledge. Please clarify why data should be saved and what CS is doing to substatiate this action! Please advise URGENTLY! Chris
