am reading this article of @TheEconomist and try to guessing the puzzle called:
Difference in management US/Europe?!
In Great Britain white British have dropped from 87.5% in 2001 to 80.5% now. All other ethnic groups have increased http://econ.st/T4UNCT
assume, that better to think about management and mismanagement elsewhere in the world...

sad to read this:
"Here in France it is even less diverse, I really miss it, especially the Indian,Pakistani,Bangladeshi and Chinese influences.
I just thought how nice it would be to go back to the UK for Chinese New Year, but I will be in hospital here... :('..
