My flat is suitable (furnitured) for international students. In last years I share my flat both Turkish/Foreign women and men without any problem.
The flat features are below.
• Open Address: 100. Yıl mahallesi, 14.yıldız Blok, no:29 (3 minutes to 100.yıl market area)
• It is tidy and one of the nicer flat in 100.yıl. (In 100.yıl the flats are a bit problematic)
• 7th floor, 2 rooms
• All white goods and furniture are usable
• Just the problem is that there is just one dressing cabinet but we can find a way.

Payments (average)
Rent : 700 TL
Electricity : 50 TL
Water : 25 TL
Internet : 60 TL
Condo Fee : 30 TL
Cleaning expenses: 25 TL
Heating: It depends on the weather. Before November it is just 20 TL monthly but in winter it can rise to the 150 TL.
So, without heating costs the monthly expense is totally 890 TL.
You need to pay 445 TL (about 185 Euro) monthly (+heating expenses.)
Hope that you are interested in cultures, politics, literature, cinema and photography but sure not essential :)
