we're a lovely couple with two adorable cats and looking for a flatmate for our flat.
The flat is in top floor of a building which is in the middle of 7th street. It has a view over the city, as well as anitkabir (mausoleum)

It has 3 bedrooms, a huge living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The free room is furnitured and the biggest one of the house.

The rent, the building fee(for heating) and the bills are totally 400tl per month. we have unlimited internet, cable tv, every household equipment like washing machine and dishwasher.
We don't smoke in the common rooms but kitchen and the balcony is avaible for smoking.
We're looking for a responsible and especially neat female friend or a couple.
