come work or volunteer at a YMCA camp in Hawaii!!!!

And I am formally a lost soul, questioning "what am I doing with my life". For now I'm found. We have an international training program here at camp. Which means we recruit people from outside the US to come and work with kids in an outdoor setting, teaching them environmental education and leadership based curriculum from all over the islands. It's not just an instructor position, it's a cultural exchange. You will learn and experience the history, culture and natural wonder of hawaii, as well as develop and grow professionally. It's a year commitment, and the program is set up into progressive modules. Check out the web link below for details. I myself am a former international trainee from Canada!
