Yesterday I post the King Cake in a wrong place...sorry for that.

I would still like to post here a picture of the recipes so you can see it done, but I dont know how to do that....So if anyone's interested in get it, I can send it by mail.

Here's a traditional sweet we make at Christmas time. Very easy, quick to make and very good to taste....:)

Guts

Ingredients

2 loaves stick with 0.5 kg each
0.5 l milk
4 whole eggs
Oil for frying
Sanded sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on the proportion of 4 parts sugar to 1 part ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Arrange bread in two days in advance. Cut the slices obliquely, to make them longer, and the thickness of a finger. and a half.
Place in a tray and drizzle with cold milk, so that they are well soaked. Then, beat the eggs. Catch up on slices of bread, squeeze it a bit between the palms of both hands, to take the milk in excess, but not too much, (it must be smooth and soft ) moving them in the beaten egg and stir fry them then in hot oil, turning them to stay blonde on both sides. Once fried, sprinkle it well with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Enjoy it and if you make the recipe, please send me your feedback. I will love to hear back from you:)

A wonderful X-Mas time to you all,

Isa
