We are in the process of organizing a Regional CS Meeting that is going to encompass 14 Southern States....How does this affect you?? Well you are one of the LUCKY states....The meeting will be held in NOLA in Jan on the anniversary of cs.... Attention ALL Surfers
Attention all Alabamians!! With Hurricane Gustav approaching the US Coast and another storm about to hit CouchSurfing wants to reach out to Surfers in need. We need surfers willing to offer couches to people evacuating. We also want to let surfers in need know we are doing our best to help them. We have created a group (www.couchsurfing.com/group.html?gid=13825) for you to join and have local members offer accommodation. Surfers evacuating are also encouraged to join to find places. This is the very beginning stages of this so we will keep you posted on updates as they occur.
