hey nurses out there,

i´m a german peadriatic nurse student in the second year of education looking for a practical training for about six weeks starting in janurary 2010... perfect would be a position in the ambulant care (preferebly in the peadriatic field) in an english-speaking country.

is there anybody having a good advice or working somewhere, where they need an helping hand (for free).
