NYC Celebrates Bisexuality Five Ways Sept. 23-5!
September 23 is Celebrate Bisexuality Day, and two NYC organizations are extending the festivities into a full weekend with five events!
BiRequest, the oldest bisexual support group in the city is coordinating efforts with Bi-Fi Network, a new organization dedicated to cultivating bi community through fun, entertaining events.
The weekend begins with BiRequest's cocktail/pot luck party at the LGBTIQ Center Friday evening.

They will then join Bi-Fi Network for their debut event at 5:30: Bi Tea, a free party modeled on High Tea with tea and pastries, at Affaire NYC. Stronger drinks will be available at the bar.
Next, the party moves to Bar 82 for live music, comedy and poetry starting at 9 pm.
Finally, on Sunday, BiRequest caps off the weekend with a screening at Cin-M-Arts of two bi-themed films and the first season of the web series Rose By Any Other Name. Producer Kyle Schickner will be present for Q & A. Details: http://www.couchsurfing.org/meetings.html?mid=132388
