September 23 is Celebrate Bisexuality Day, and two NYC organizations are extending the festivities into a full weekend with five events! BiRequest, the oldest bisexual support group in the city is coordinating efforts with Bi-Fi Network, a new organization dedicated to cultivating bi community through fun, entertaining events. The weekend begins with BiRequest's cocktail/pot luck party at the LGBTIQ Center Friday evening. Details here: http://www.couchsurfing.org/meetings.html?mid=132385 Saturday sees no fewer than three events: first BiRequest's "Bi Quotient" Survey takes bi visibility to the streets starting at 2:00 on Columbus Circle and making its way down Broadway. They will then join Bi-Fi Network for their debut event at 5:30: Bi Tea, a free party modeled on High Tea with tea and pastries, at Affaire NYC. Stronger drinks will be available at the bar.
