Looking for pick-up futbol or recreational futbol

I am looking to join an organized football team who plays in a league, coed, futsal, indoor, outdoor whatever. Anybody have any info or leads on how I can join a league/team? I'm also up for pick up futbol. Thx in advance for any advice or help or just taking the time to read this. I am 33 years old.
