Home seeks 'homie' $ 2670/month Yau Ma Tei
Located in the heart of Kowloon's bustle, a spacious home and two easygoing, yet somewhat mad housemates are looking for one more person to join.
We, the housemates, are young professionals from China and The Netherlands. We both have busy lives, but we're always up for a chat or a dinner, when time allows.
We're simply looking for someone nice, who would like to join our new home: either in the long-term or the short-term (although, we give preference to someone who's planning to stay a bit longer).
The rent, excluding utilities and internet, is only 2670 HKD per month. And for this you get the following:
* Good company during those moments that everyone happens to be home * A lot of privacy, because we're often not there * A spacious, furnished room all to yourself * Spacious common areas * An exciting location to live: Yau Ma Tei * Thousands of food places and shops close-by, 360 degrees * Good exercise, because there's quite some stair-climbing involved
We'll post some photos after we've moved in, so keep checking this ad if we've caught your interest.
If you are really very interested, please email us and tell us something about yourself and we'll organise a viewing.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

你好 Lorie! Are you moving in December or January? I arrive in Hong Kong in early January and am looking for a home. I want to work in Hong Kong and stay a while- I dream of dreaming in Mandarin. 我不久認為我能想到中文. I'm taking a left turn in life, excited to work on art again (acrylics, watercolors, installations), to learn some coding, and craft some e-commerce, content management, KPI skills. I love avant garde & indie films, documentaries too. Coraline and Eraserhead are two that come to mind, though I'm normally in the mood for happier movies than those. I do need to see Amelie. I go for a long run every morning- nothing like an epic view to start the day.
Good luck in your search!
Tori

Best,
Lorie

Revised a bit :

We are currently still looking for a sofa (although we quite like our pillow arrangement) and a larger dining table (in light of our never-ending jobs and potential future dinner parties).

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Lorie,
My name is Koldo Krutxaga and I'm from Spain.
I'm going to Hong Kong to work for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce for a period of 6 months, starting the 27th of December. And I am "really very interested" in the room you offer!
I will be arriving to Hong Kong the 26th of this month and I would like to arrange a viewing as soon as possible. Ideally, I would like to move in the first week of january, and stay for 6 months (it may end up been longer than that).
If the room is still available and the dates work out for you, please contact me via email at koldokr@gmail.com or via instant message.
Cheers!
