Hi,

My girlfriend is about to have two apartments ready for lease. They will be newly remodeled and nice. One has a balcony and roof top garden. Probably $8500 HKD for two bedrooms including utilities.

The location is unique for Hong Kong. Pok Fu Lam village is a 200 year old Chinese village near HK University and backed up by Pok fu Lam country park. Lots of hiking trails, water falls, reservoir right behind the house. Short walk to the shopping mall and bus terminal. 30 minutes max to central or the beach by bus. Great location with easy access to everywhere.

I will post photos as soon as I can or give you my girlfriends contact number.
