room for rent in Sham Shui Po

Hi everyone,

I'm going back home, so I have a room for rent in Sham Shui Po...
It's just 1 minute walk to the mtr. all utilities and wifi are included in the rent. the living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with my friends (Spanish teachers from Spain). The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, so your daily exercise is also included :)
There is no washing machine, but the laundry service is just down stairs and there are many cheap food stalls in my street, which Sham Shui Po is famous for...
The rent is Hk$ 4000 p/month and 1 month deposit is required.
I myself enjoy living here and I found this place through CS...It's simple, clean, cheap and safe.

thanks for posting your room! I think I will like it and I wonder when you are leaving your place?
I am arriving in HK next week Friday (coming from Berlin) and i booked a hostel for the first few days. I am going to stay for 2 month- maybe longer - in hk for an internship in the film industry.
