Two college kids hoping to not have to spend Christmas in a Hostel, Italy/Gineva/Munich

Hey,
a friend and I are going to be traveling around and would be elated if we could share christmas with one or a few more people, the plan is either to be in Munich or Northern Italy at this point but Gineva or Slovenia are possible as well.
