375$, room available from now, near UdeM, in a big appart with 3 flatemate (girl only)

We living in a nice big appartment, just near the University of Montreal, HEC and Polytechnique, metro Côte-des-Neiges (3 min walking) and buses 51, 165 (1 min. walking), 119, 129. 375$ is the price all included ( but add 15$ for internet). The room and the appartment is all furnished, just come with your luggage and it will be enough! The appartment is very big: big living room with a true piano, and a TV, big kitchen with 2 fridges, luandry, and for summer we have a nice small back yard and a terrasse. Some of us playing piano, guitare and one is doing theather (drama). We are betteween 19 to 23 years old, but it is fine if you are more ( but more than 30 could be weird). We are all from different place: Québec,Ontario and France (Guadeloupe). The room is available from now, and better as soon as possible.
