Posted April 12th, 2011 - 1:37 pm by  from Istanbul, Turkey (Permalink)hello, i joined the group to attend any organizations created to help animals in need of help. i am moving from izmir to istanbul again and trying to settle down. probably two weeks later i ll be at beykoz with you. btw a few days ago i ve realized earth worm is one of the best and healthiest nutrition with %97 protein and no growth hormones in it when i have time i ll look for growth options.
Posted April 16th, 2011 - 8:17 am by  from Tekirdag, Turkey (Permalink)stray cats and dogs in istanbul has too many difficulties that bring them in trouble.many people are not aware of the fact that animals do have emotions and do experience pain,joy or so on. we have to say stop "mistreat" , everybody can do somethng both individually and collectively for the sake of animals. like: I myself do these and whatever i can -bring a bowl of water out of your frontdoor in summer days, -leave your apartment'S door open and bring a bowl of meal in winter days -adopt an stray animal as possible you can, and back your friends up adopting an stray animal -back animal rights up very very strongly and actively. these are the thngs i do for the sake of animal rights and lives... İ think that ANIMAL RIGHTS COEXISTS WITH HUMAN RIGHTS

Actually,this vigilance has started since from my childhood.Although we were living in a urban area,there has been many animals who needed help alot.Due to the fact that people who has cruel intentions or children who did not have enough comprehension,I often saw the animals tortured,used for unacceptable motives,murdered.Of course I've tried with all power I had to prevent these kind of brutal incidents occurring at that time.Furthermore,animals are mostly vulnerable no matter where they live or try to survive.We have to be vigilant all the time whereever we go or live because of the fact that there are definitely one of them seeking help in a desperate manner. Consequently,animals deserve a better life,well behaved,respected as well as humans.. So,Let's stick together tight and give it a shot.. Yours sincerely, Cagatay...
Posted April 24th, 2011 - 9:20 pm by  from Istanbul, Turkey (Permalink)hi there, i joined the group because i would like to know other people who care about animals as much as i do. as i already have a cat, im not able to temporarily host animals, my cat gets so jealous and gets hostile although he is a very friendly and full of love. but unfortunately, i see injured stray animals in the street and of course i want to help them and when i cant do that i feel so useless and sad. its even more sad to know that it is the people who hurt these animals, most of the time intentionally :/ i know people who think beggars in the street need more care&attention than stray animals. it may be debatable but for me, animals are a lot more disadvantaged and deserve all the care and help we can provide. sorry for my disorganized thoughts, i would love to help in any way, im a translator the best way would be helping the group about the translations. nik-a, i really appreciate what you are doing by opening this group and bringing people together :) hope to meet you in a meeting.. cheers, pelin |
