I'll organize the Stammtische in July and August. I already have a reservation for a BBQ place on Donauinsel on July 13 and will get another for August 13.

Hej,
I want to offer my bar for the cs-stammtisch in february. it is the ADRIA WIEN at the donaukanal near salztorbrücke!
i can offer:
the glashaus as nonsmoker area
the terrace with oven for smokers
the kiosk with glühwein and punsch...
and the ice-area for "eisstockschießen"
in the glashouse we have seats for 60 people but there is enough place for 80-100!
as drinks-special i can offer beer with special price
i´m not shure which food we will have that time cause it changes but there will be the possibility for bbq outside on the "feuertonne" and to have oven-potatoes in our oven in the glasshouse...
normally the ice-area costs about € 30.- for 1/2h but we can make also a special price for that. Maybe we can organize a tournament where people can join for a small fee...

Oh, I think I should organize it on the 5th or 6th of february, cause I´m not in vienna at the 13th...
so it´s maybe better to organize a cs-tournament on one of these days... but we can make a cs-stammtisch for example in may...
what do you think?

Hi Michael,
the Stammtisch is always on the 13th and will not be moved ;)
Feel free to organize an event for beginnig of february or take over the Stammtisch in May (where it will be warmer already ;) ).

I was thinking that it could make sense to remove it somehow (or just set the date to whenever in the future) and create an Activity instead, maybe this way it shows up in the right pane next to the "Vienna Place" (which the last stammtisch didn't)

hey guys,
i made a bbq reservation for may 13th for bbq spot no9.
I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions for an indoor location, in case of bad weather?

Seems like no one is doing the Stammtisch in June yet.
As it is a Thursday, I would say we just organize it as a "bigger" Weekly Meeting @ WerkzeugH.
If anyone wants to organize a Stammtisch at another location, please write here until ~ 3rd of June.

thank you for thinking in advance for next Stammtisch. I have a furthermore idea I want to share here - we can discuss it also on Vienna Calling.
Yesterday I went to a bar in the suncen city on danube island (Rumba y Mambo one of these floating bars on the new danube below the Reichsbrücke on the side of the island). It has a very nice and international surrounding and would be a suitable location for a Stammtisch in Summer. As it is not crowded at all we would have the bar also mainly for our own. I have seen, that Juli and August are already taken for BBQ, so actually there would only be June left (September would be to cold or closed already).
I didn't ask for deals yet - what they offer in general is a huge selection of really good cocktails from soft via fruity to strong/knock out for € 4,50 from 18:00 to 20:00 o'clock. Food I am not sure, but there are possibilities next door. Maybe I can gather further deals, but first we have to decide weather do it at Werkzeug or Rumba y Mambo!
Let's try to remember this before the xxx,59 I mean xxx,69 beer at Vienna Calling. Cheers,

Felix you wanna organize it there ... do it, I didn't get any feedback yet from WerkzeugH and told them that the 13th is not fully fixed to be there, so it's up to you :)

@Felix: Depending on how the flood situation goes in the next days, I'm not sure if Pubs at the Sunken City will be open again in time for the Stammtisch :)
Anyways, check it out and tell me latest on Thursday at the Weekly Meeting.

Stefan, it is quite clear that the situation is unclear. As we cannot tell if the flood is gone until the 13th and everything is well in shape again - let's postpone this idea to september if the bar is still swimming by then. Please go ahead with Werkzeug.

The flood is hopefully gone by then, but yeah the probability of the bar not being open next week is still high :)
OK will tell WerkzeugH that we are also there on Thursday the 13th.
