When you go out from airport, cross the parking lot or sth like that, there is bus station. Take bus 22, cost 1 EUR approximately. Get out from the bus next to big store STOKMAN. On the left is Old Riga. just keep going and when you cross it (15 min not more) you find ALA easily! :)
