Scuba Diving in China

Hi guys,

Does anyone know where is good place to dive in China.
I live in North China-Tianjin and would like to dive and discover new sites and hope there is some goups to join for Diving too.

I know SanYa (HaiNan island)is an awesome place to dive.I never been there, but it looks amazing.

The only place I know you can dive in China is in Hainan or the rogue province of Taiwan. I've never done so, but from what I've been told, very expensive..in fact, I bet you could get a RT ticket to Vietnam, Singapore or Cebu (philippines) and have some very nice diving for about the same price...
