How to get to Isla Rosario Cartagena Colombia???

Hey guys,

I am wanting to go scuba in Isla Rosario Cartagena, Colombia but I am having trouble finding where to go here. Any help? I can fiund where to book tickets and my spanish is worst than I thought. Any tips about where to go would be awesome!!! :)
