Morning,
I am a professional translator and usually therefore only translate into my native language and English. But I'll do my best and send a Russian and Spanish version out asap. Got nothing to do at work at the moment so why not do something useful.

The traduction is grossly incorrect. i would see more faithful this one:

forma, su qualsiasi media conosciuto o in seguito creato e per qualsiasi scopo, inclusi senza limitazione al diritto di usare il tuo nome, aspetto, voce o identità.
Anyway one have to take in account that can happen the following three cases:
a. CS do not abuse of personal data
b. CS abuse according right that selvgave with this ToU
c. CS abuse according right that were not new to this ToU
in baoth case b and c the effect shopuld be the same. the owner of right should sue CS.
In case b would be taken in account also the validity of the contract.
it is interesting what happen when, in some juristictions, the person do not have the right to license certain right or certain sets of right (according italian law for example is difficult to figure a license at same time free, irrevocable and with the "right" to use the name of author).
in this case the author would say "i had no right to give this license" so the contract would be null, so they have no right to use ... and since it was "free and non exclusive" not even to ask a compensation.

hai dimenticato il diritto a "sublicenziare" che forse è il punto più critico (senza quello non si correrebbero rischi particolari).
Hai messo un "non conosciuti" al posto di "conosciuti" e infine un "preferenze" al posto di "aspetto".
Non è che sei un ambasciatore CS in incognito ?
Muchas personas no se han ni enterado justamente porque toda la información se encuentra en inglés, es el caso de mi país. Pienso que esto es grave pero pocos están enterados.
