I doubt lost income based on your own decision is a legitimate ground which would be recognized unless your goal was to make money and CS prevented you from doing so. The stated purpose of CS was to "create a better world". That's definitely not something they have done. On the contrary, they have added to the frustration and destroyed the dreams of thousands of users.
