So they claim that by signing on to the site you agree to Terms which are not even accessible? Someone should do a video screen capture as evidence of the invalidity of inaccessible Terms. BTW, does the Terms refer to the PP, or is it a completely orphaned document?

The terms are accessible for those who happen to know they have changed
again, but instead of the new privacy policy they link to the empty
profile of a poor guy in Vienna who hasn't logged in for 4 years and
whose profile views are stuck on 175 ever since I first clicked on it
despite the hits his profile has been getting unexpectedly since.
Didn't they say they were forced to formulate the terms so excessively
and abusively broad including things they will never need because they
cannot update them as needed? And now they serve us the terms of the
day, at least the third terms in three weeks?
At least they point out the changes now, and perhaps they'll send out or
post notifications once they are comfortable that they got it right?
By the way, the numbering changed, so the evil terms 5.3 Member Content License have now become 4.3.
I'll update my profile and picture accordingly.

Last time it took them two weeks to correct the mistake. The Privacy Policy is obviously not important for Couch$urfing.

That's a 50% improvement over last time when it took almost two weeks...

I was more intrigued by the fact that they expect their people to work in their sleep (or is it "sleep at work?"), by the "almost four million people who might otherwise never meet" (user number of-the-day) and by the "I’m sold. How do I get started?".
That at CouchSurfing they communicate constantly, are the extremely bright cream of the crop and always get things right the first time around is nothing new. I mean, at least in their imagination.
