I had lost access to my messages also a couple of weeks ago and wrote to Contact Us who restored them rather fast.
But today I have a couch request to which I cannot reply because none of the messages in the couch managers opens:
"Oops! We're currently experiencing problems. Refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to report the issue."
Of course refreshing the page changes nothing.
