"The non-profit structure is not ideal in enabling innovation to occur in terms of regulatory oversight and various auditing requirements" = "If we create a non-profit organisation, then we have to ask the goverment each time for permission to add functions or change the mission. We would have to file paperwork for USA regulatory oversight that is audits." The argument is sound, the way he delivers it is not. Does it help? |
