Where to eat healthy and great food in Buenos Aires

I'll start and recommend a little take-out healthy place in Palermo (Las Cañitas) called Veggie's. Contrary to what the name seems to indicate, it's not all vegetarian food, though lot of it is. But everything is organic, and has great, great taste. You just fill little boxes with whatever seems appetizing to you, and they charge you by weight. It's on Baez (and Ortega y Gasset).
