VEGANS IN SCOTLAND?

Hey there, me and a friend wanted to go to Scotland this summer, in the middle of august or around, so if someone can help us out with a place to stay and maybe being our tourist guide would be great.
We would love to visit the Highlands, we love trekking!!!

Definitely go to Glasgow and try at least one of the four fantastic vegan restaurants and pubs! They're called "13th Note", "78", "Mono" and "Stereo" (yep, those names are for real).

In a country where they eat sheep from muzzle to tip of the tail with everything in between, Glasgow comes as a huge surprise food-wise, and I found it very, very good!
