Vegan food for dogs/birds

Hey CS Vegan Group!
I am looking for low-cost vegan snacks that dogs and birds can enjoy. I live in an area with stray dogs abound, and
would like to contribute in nutritious vegan snacks that are VERY affordable!

I live in Mumbai, India.
Any suggestions?

I used to cook rice and then mix it with ground up peanuts (groundnut) or ground up sesame seeds and give it to stray dogs, they liked this a lot.

There are some vegan dog recipe books and recipes online I think - I'm not an expert in this ;)
