Hi everyone! My name is Derek Wallace and I'm a Nomadic Ambassador from North Hollywood, California!
I'll be cooking for 15-20 people at the CS Base Camp in Berkeley for a few weeks and was wondering if any of you veggies out there had any recipes, links or book suggestions for cooking vegan/veggie meals for large groups of people?
I'm not psychic, but I do know they will get sick of stir fry real fast. ;)
This is way old now but Soup, Pastas, Lasagnas... Lots of those things can easily be made in large portions. Allrecipes.com is good site for finding new recipes with lots of vegetarian options. The site also has vegan but much smaller and you have to search.
I'd never get tired of good stir-fries. I probably get the same dish (Pad Kee Mao) every time I'm at a Thai Restaurant but I'm a creature of habit.
Salads and any casserole dish (potatoes au gratin, mac and cheese, lasagna) would also be good for large groups.
