Hi!

i a m rawfoodist since few weeks, no need to cook or to washes dishes (no more inlaid plates), need less energy in the kitchen, and health is better ( I have pleasure to eat raw ).

Also you could have best satifaction eating non baked food, because olfactive and gustative sens can develop a lot if you give them natural-non-fired-food!!

But, what is difficult is to find good vegetables & fruits in my town. So i would be pleasured to meet any people involved into developping culture of rare (old ones?) or high quality fruit/vegetables... Or who knows savages species of plants and like to cross nature!
