mighty and the kings of the earth will have speakers and participating in
its deliberations, to consider ways and means
form the foundation of the Great Peace among the global
men ... If a king to rise in arms against another, all
should rise united against him and stop him. If this has
place, the nations of the world will not need any other ar-
extremely than that necessary to preserve the safety of
their kingdoms and maintain internal order in the territories. so you
guarantee peace and serenity of every people, every government and
every nation. "

"Il Grande Essere, desideroso di rivelare i fondamenti della pace
e della tranquillità del mondo e del progresso dei suoi popoli, ha
scritto: Verrà il tempo in cui sarà universalmente sentita l'imperiosa
necessità di costituire una vasta assemblea di tutti gli uomini. I
potenti e i re della terra dovranno intervenirvi e, partecipando alle
sue deliberazioni, prendere in considerazione le vie ed i mezzi che
formano le fondamenta della Grande Pace mondiale fra gli
uomini... Se un re si levasse in armi contro un altro, tutti
dovrebbero sorgere uniti contro di lui ed impedirglielo. Se ciò ha
luogo, le nazioni del mondo non avranno bisogno di alcun altro ar-
mamento che di quello necessario per conservare la sicurezza dei
loro regni e mantenere l'ordine interno nei territori. Così si
garantirà la pace e la serenità di ogni popolo, di ogni governo e di
ogni nazione."
