Sukura dinner buffet on 2 May Sat - eat eat eat group member
we have 237 members till now n there are many members do not ever meet up before. i suggest a buffet dinner in Sukura at 321 Orchard Road, level 2, on 2 May 2009 from 6 pm till 9.30 pm. tel 67358197.
$24 + per head.

Hi all,
I think is nice to gather lots of member around for a dinner. However, personally I think going to Sakura does not worth the $$$. Food there is not yummy and tasty. I think with the $$$ spend, we can have better food.

i agreed that food is not so yummy in Sukura but with $30 you can eat as much as you like, eg - salmon, prawns, fish, otak, oyster, sushi, beef, lamb, chicken, gray fish, tofu, lasak, fried rice, mee hoon, mushroom, sotong, vegetable, yam paste, logan, cake, salad, hot plate food, roast duck, tuna, ice cream etc......
just eat about a dollar fifty each, i think still worth it, haha.

dear Malay members, the buffet is HALAH.
it is a Saturday night n the place Orchard is in the heart of Singapore so no reason to say that it is far n out of the way. nnnnn Saturday. most of them do not have to work on Sunday.

I'm looking at my brother's UOB Dining privileges 2009 booklet and they have some hotels offerring good discounts for buffet which can work out to be cheaper than Sakura.

i had been to Plaza since in the late 80's. the food was quite good n delicious sometime. i had been twice recently n food are OK.
i have a UOB card, no worry, but we must have in a number of 3.
