2009 Potlucks - What to Bring

This is the rolling thread for food items and such to bring to any potluck during 2009, starting with the January potluck, with general reminders left for later potlucks. Whatever you want to bring, post it here!

Need ideas? What are you bringing? Post here so that we don't have 50 bags of Doritos and no plates!

PS - do not bring plates - if you can, bring reusable dishes and utensils so that the potlucks can be environmentally friendly!
