Roma in beautiful May, 10-12

Hey guys!
I gonna Rome for my vacation in May, 10-12. That's really my dream to visit Italy after watching Eat. Pray. Love. I'd like to find host and spare time together.
I'd like to
- do sightseeing
- clubbing
- drinking wine
- shopping
- any ideas?

I wanna feel the spirit of Rome! ;-)
