getting from Dublin to Killarney

We are a bit reluctant to drive on the left side of the road and wonder the best way to get from Dublin to Aghadoe. Our thoughts were to take a tour from Dublin to maybe Waterford and then a bus from there. Does this sound practical to you? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance. Ida |
