Hello! Anyone out there from Killarney, Ireland!

HI.
I'm going to Killarney with my two sisters and maybe both my sons as well, around Sept 23 -Oct 1.

Does ANYONE know of a GREAT hotel or B&B right in Killarney? A place RIGHT in the heart of all the pubs and stores etc?

We will be flying from Los Angeles into DUBLIN first... so we'll be staying in Dublin too for a few days. If anyone knows of GREAT B&B's in Dublin right in town please send me that information, as well!

There may be 5 of us SO. we need to find a B&B of Couch Surfing as it's not a situation where we'd find Couch Surf host, understandably! And my sisters are older and really more comfortable in a hotel. I'm fine in a CS home or a Hostel.. but they'd like me to stay where they are staying.

There IS a great Hostel in Dublin called" Isaac hostel" I believe. so I will check that out too! My sons may like to stay there

Many Thanks for ANY information anyone has on Ireland. and the flight there from Los Angeles. I'm so excited to see IRELAND!!!!

Ttry www.Airbnb.com you can look ans see what is in the area and read the reviews from other travelers. Great way to find unusual out of the way places without paying an arm and leg.

Thanks for the info, Linda. Yes I'm familiar with airb&b too. Its' cool as well! I was just looking to see if any CS hosts were right in Killarney, I never heard from any so I guess none were avail. We had a great time in Ireland though. We ended up staying at a BestWestern hotel right in Village of Killarney and it was super location. walked to all we needed. There are Hostels there too that I took a peek into that looked great as well for next time. I like Hostels --we stayed at two different hostels in Dublin. My one son and I got a free nights lodging for playing 2 hrs of music for the folks there! Ok take care now and thanks for the hello and the tip!
