starting a b&b with little field next year on Bologna hills, Italy!!!

We are looking for something different, funny and interesting, so what about a b&b in the beautiful landscape of Italian hills near Bologna? http://mw2.google.com/mw-panoramio/photos/medium/19387662.jpg we are looking for a help maybe for end of september-october to fix the vegetable garden of the house! somebody want to share even just for some days our dream?
