Book Details:
Accomplished Australian CouchSurfer Steve Savage has surfed almost a hundred couches since he started his fourth round-the-world trip last year, a journey he started with not a penny to his name! Steve has been in Madrid, Spain for the last four months, after falling in love with his CouchSurfing host in Madrid- it can happen! He and Maria are planning a trip to Russia in January and have contacted CouchSurfers all along the way.

Last year, Steve hitchhiked fifteen thousand miles around North America, from the Arctic Circle in Alaska to Hollywood, California, and from eastern Canada to Miami Beach. As he travelled, Steve chronicled all his hitchhiking and couchsurfing adventures on his website The Savage Files, and has recently published a collection of his stories, titled "Everywhere but Missouri, Mate!".
