At the moment, I am in Tehran and working as a Home Visit Nurse for Elderly clients living in the city of Tehran and advising them on how to remain safe and help them to get the equipment they need for a smooth life.

آیا کسی هست در این گروه که از پدر، مادر یا پدر بزرگ یا مادربزرکش که ضعیف شده اند یا بر روی تخت بستریند مراقبت میکنه ولی راه صحیح مراقبت را به درستی نمیداند؟ اگر چنین است با اینجانب تماس بگیرید و به گروه من بپیوندید تا راههای صحیح مراقبت از بیماران بستری در تخت و سالمندان را به شما آموزش دهم. قابلِ توجه میباشد که اگر مراقبت صحیح از عزیزان سالمند و بستری در تخت به عمل نیاید این عزیزان در مدت کوتاهی یا متاسفانه از بین خواهند رفت یا دچار بیماریهای خواهند شد که درمان انها فقط در بیمارستان و با هزینه ای بالا امکان پذیر خواهد بود اینجانب قادر به ویزیتِ بیمارِ شما درمنزلتان میباشم و میتوانم با تنظیم برنامهْ صحیح مراقبتی شما و بیمارتان را یاری نمایم. با تشکر امیر نادری

ویزیتِ بیمارِ در منزلِ شما توسطِ پرستارِ دانشگاهی و ارایهُ خدمات شاملِ:
۱ـ توصیه و کمک به خرید وسایل کمک درمانی جهت راحتی و اسایش بیشتر سالمند.
۲ـ ایمن سازی محیط زندگی سالمند.
۳ـ اطمینان از عدم وجود نقاط فشار بر بدن بیمار و راه های جلوگیری از زخم بستر.
۴ـ تماس با پزشک معالج در صورت وجوده وضعیت غیر طبیعی و کمک به انتقال بیمار به مرکز درمانی در صورت نیاز.
۵ـ آموزش صحیح حرکت به سالمند و آموزش صحیح مراقبت ونگهداری ازانها و توصیه جهت بودن همراه دایمی در صورت ضعف بدنی.
۶ـ برنامه ریزی جهت پیشگیری از وقوع حوادث داخل منزل.
۷ـ اموزش طریقه صحیح نگهداری از سالمندانی که نمیتوانند تعادل خود را حفظ کنند.
۸ـ اموزش روش صحیح حمام و توالت کردن سالمندان و توصیه به استفاده از وسایل کمکی برای پیشگیری از سقوط.
۹ـ تجهیز منزل با وسایل کمک درمانی و نظارت بر انتقال به منزل بیمارانی که از بیمارستان به منزل مرخص میشوند.

"Medical treatment can be very expensive in IRAN, and finding the right medical facility in case of an emergency may become a difficult task. Therefore, I strongly suggest that before you travel here you buy good International insurance to cover the costs of any illness or accident, and of getting home again in an emergency."
Recognize the value of emergency medical assistance coverage. This would cover you if you must be airlifted off a mountain, receive prolonged treatment in a foreign hospital or be flown home because of serious sickness or injury. Before you buy, find out whether your health insurer would cover you overseas and pay for your flight home if an emergency strikes!!

Well, you need to get to my place by taxi but when you are here I can guide you on how to use public transport such as Internet Taxi, bus and metro. Usually I do not cook food but when you are here maybe we can try to fix up something. For breakfast I always have cheese and bread 🍞 also tea, coffee and milk are always available!
