Ana + Peter Längauer

I have met Ana y Peter in Salzburg and had the opportunity to enjoy their charming and likeable presence during an unforgetable evening. Both experienced travellers they have plenty interesting stories to tell and so much knowledge about every part of the world! Just amazing!!!

 

It was fun to meet Ana and Peter; they have been very helpful and nice with us. We look forward to meet them in Canada.

 

Peter and Ana are friendly and helpful host. They showed me and other guests around the best spots in Vienna. I happened into a CS/HC meeting at their place and had a lot of fun. Peter especially likes to take pictures, so beware of the flash light from his camera :)

Ana and Peter were really really great hosts! They opened up not only their homes but also welcomed me and my friend for their holliday to the mountains. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we were not able to go.
But still we had the best time in Vienna with his infamous bike rides and wonderful VIennese ice cream.
It was a very memorable stay.

Having come across their profile before, i was pleasantly surprised to meet them in Greece, of all places! We shared a lovely evening, dining and chatting away and i'll be honoured to cross paths with them again.

First of all i have to say that Ana&Peter were my first hosts, then i've met them again in Timisoara, but unfortunatelly their car broke down and i didn't host them. Thanks to them my fiancee had a great host in Wien. Thank you for everything and hope to meet you again. 100% trustworthy!!!

I met the couple for dinner at another CS member in Vienna. They showed me how they have experienced with CS members so far and talked about good or bad things of the experiences. If you're open minded, you'll be welcomed by both of them with great food. :-)

Ana Y Peter are a great couple. They hosted me in Vienna last year. They had some great stories and Peter has some great photos to show. They're also fantastic for keeping in contact more so than a lot of members and considering the amount of people they know through CD and HC I think it's incredibly sweet that they remember the people they meet. They were voted number one on HC some time back if they're not still not one. Very active members and very very interesting couple! Please let me know if you come this way!! :)

Peter and Anna are great people. I hosted them in Stara Zagora and met them in Sofia and in september 2007 they hosted me in Vienna. We had a wounderful time with them. They have great sense of humor and are open-minded, smiling people. Peter, Ana, please come to Bulgaria and return my visit. I really trust you with my life-120km/h on a motorcicle ;-).

Anne and Peter are one of the first people I met trough CS. We had dinner at their place and had a blast while watching "Borat"! I would definitely like to know them better and visit them again! They are very friendly and interesting people!

Ana and Peter hosted me few days ago, it was good to see them again. They were really kind and showed me some sights in Vienna that I haven't seen... We already made some future arrangements for Vienna, and for Croatia.. :)

well, In wien you can see such importants things, the beethoven haus, the schubert haus, the freud's haus and without exception "Ana & Peter's Haus", they have a warm house with a photographs and travel souvenirs muzeum, but most important, they have a great sense of humour, hospitality, and you'll feel that they're waiting for you like a "close friend" even that the still don't know u. I hope that Argentina will be part of your next travel plan, cause I would be glad to see you again. Thanks a lot!! (even for your tips about public transportation:))

Both Ana and Peter were very generous and happy people, really enjoyed visiting their crowded home and having some snacks :) Too bad I only had so little time with them.. next time then!

My and Vitas stay in Vienna was realy great and thnx to our hosts as well, The atmosphere was too brilliant and we had some good time. There were interesting stories, help for our next trip. I really like their place! ;)

I met Peter and Ana at Anita's birthday and the day after. They are just a fantastic couple full of joy and always avalaible with other people, both of them have a very funny sense of humor. I'd reccomend just their company if you visit Wien.

They are not only hosts, they are THE HOST: friends, parents, hosts, guides, photographers, drivers, and a lot of other thinghs. It's a pleasure to met them, it's an onour to be their guest. (we wait you for the spoon in limoges...)

Thank to Peter&Ana I had a really nice day in Viena. They are very sweet couple. We'll meet again...

I met Ana+Peter for short time in my native town and hosten them for one night in Sofia and I can say we had a really funny time in Blagoevgrad, Rila Monastery and Sofia pubs. They introduced me his nice friend Nasko and we all + Emil spent one so lovely evening in the "hot" Sofia. Thanks to Ana i know much more about Guatemala, thanks to both of them I know much more about CS project. So nice people! And so nice pictures!

 

This couple is really great. It was a pleasure for me to host them and spend some time with them. No more things to say, as they already have hundreds of comments.

I'm very happy for meeting and hosting Ana and Peter in Antalya. They're my first visitors at home and this is a great start! I felt very comfortable with them at the first moment I met them in Wien. They're so kind, easygoing and friendly. They really share friendship without any prejudy; never give negative feeling. The music and photos they brought are incredible!! We stayed with Peter and Ana for five days. They are both avid travelers , their stories of exploring Europe in an articulated lorry, visiting all the sites facinated us both. Peters love of photography and his travel photos kept us occupied for many hours. Their generous hospitality in all aspects was truely execptional.

They are really nice couple, had enjoyable time with them.. hope they could stay more.. They are really friendly, cute and nice people, wish to see them again.. They are always welcome to my apartment

I surfed with Peter & Ana for a night in Vienna, and I can say it was more than a day, because with them I learned a lot about the City, knew very interessant & funny people (included you Marcus!!). That was my first CouchSurfing experience and I´m completely grateful; Pete and/und/y/& Ana are extremely friendly and all the time disposed to help you. And of course it was nice to talk Spanish too ;)

Peter and Anna, two big time couchsurfers, real global travellers - to the bone! They stayed at our house for one night and we had a very good and interesting time, chating, exchanging cultures and enjoying the best meals Crete has to offer. Definately my fiancee and I, we'll meet them in Vienna this winter!

they stayed in my place for two days.peter has the largest music collection:) i copied many songs from his comp...they are very nice persons.you can trust them always.i hope to see them again.

I shouldn't say a lot, as they are so active with hospitality and almost everyone knows how positive and nice they are.

They received me in Vienna in 2005, as I was travelling in Austria. Peter and Ana have been really welcoming and friendly. Pter gave me a tremendous photography course...Thanks a lot

 

A visit to Vienna is just not complete without meeting these 2 wonderful human beings! Ana's delicious cooking and Peter's camera on his face half of the time are truly some great memories, and their warmth and hospitality are something that I will never forget and will always look forward to in my next visit to Vienna. I hope I can one day host them myself. :)

I think I wrote a reference earlier, before the CS crash and maybe it is somewhere, I don't know since this commenting sýstem in CS is pretty confusing... but I just want to say when I now update the personal connection that Peter is a top guy is his wife is a queen. I guess all positive about them hasn't yet been said but I have difficulties to anything anymore :) They live and breathe hospitality exchange.

We had an awesome dinner at their place. I met them over Marcus...We had some great moments while watching Borat haha...They hosted and surfed some great people and places.

Ana and Peter hosted me with my daughter and her colleague from school on our way to the Austrian Alps. They were absolutely marvellous as hosts, one could even say that they spoil their guests. They gave us a wonderful tour of Vienna, they cooked for us in the evening and in the morning. They are the most wonderful hosts one can imagine.

Ana and Peter made me feel so confortable in their place, I had a GREAT time with them, they showed me around, took me to Mariazell and to see snow for my first time!! I also enjoyed
many HC and CS meetings at their place!!
I am really greatful with them ´cause more than a host they were and are my friends!. I celebrated with them and more friends the new year eve! I didnt wanted to left Vienna cause they made me feel at home!! Thank you very very much for all ur kindness and treating me so well. En serio muchisimas gracias por todo! Peter and Anna are very friendly people, I was over at there place twice while in Vienna. They have such a nice home and Great food, and so many great photos and stories, they seem like great people.

 

After knowing each other trough HC for some time Peter and his wife Ana came to visit me in Narvik. It was really nice meeting them and I enjoy alot their stay here. Too bad the weather was shit so I couldnt show them Narvik from the best side. Welcome back any time Ana and Peter !!

If all people would have some of the charisma that they have, the world would be other.... more descomplicated, happier, funnier. Anna is always thinking in colaborate and helping her hosters.... almost maternal...
Peter is a "forever young" man. he´s so tender and sweet... he enjoys with everything....

I surfed at their place quite a lot of times, not talking about the hundreds of parties I have attended in their flat.
I appreciate a lot knowing both Ana and Peter and having their friendship means a lot to me. We travelled together to Linz, Budapest, Bratislava and we also showed around plenty of couchsurfers in Vienna with them. I also got to know most of their relatives from Guatemala and I met plenty of other great people through them. Don't miss the opportunity to meet them if you happen to come to Vienna !!!

yeah, it's been a long time and we still meet up regularly - even if most of the time I'm too busy and have to cancel our meetings so often....

First we meet in Cracov, and after twice time in Vienna.
I really don't know what I should write about Ana&Peter. Great? Fantastic? One of the most helpfull people I've ever met? ... Ok, this is the story :)) first I hosted them in Cracov, beer at night, good time together with them and Kasia & Latino :) In the morning I made scrambled eggs for them, and after breakfast they asked me about going with them to Vienna by car, but I couldn't, so we meet one day after, they hosted me and my friend (elpolaco) for 2 nights, they cooked nice dinner, and at the second day they picked us up from petrol station on the motorway where we were hitch-hiking to Italy. 5 days later, when we come back from Graz they helped us another time, and it was another great time. I am sure that we will meet in the feature, maybe in west Austria. Ana&Peter thanks for great time,

Ana and Peter are a really nice and very couchsurfing experienced couple. We learned a lot about Guatemala and Autria and celebrated New Years Eve together with them and other members of the couchsurfing community in Vienna. By the way, Ana, your German is good and we hope that you soon will find a job ;)

Ana and Peter is our first Couch Surfing experience...and it was amazing!! they are very friendly, helpful, kind and experienced Hosts!!!
They showed us not only Vienna, but their life, their experiences through pictures, anecdotes and friends, in a very open and natural way.

Wow - Ana & Peter are just Wow. I got an invitation from them via my host Marcus while in Vienna. We had a wonderful breakfast at Ana&Peter's place and then Peter made at least a 100 photos of us :)) + i saw a lot of photos from Guatemala and fall in Love....So, am already planning to travel Guatemala in Jan'08. Peter and Anna hosted this really nice dinner at their place, with lots of couchsurfing members as guests. Met lots of people and we had really good Indian food courtesy of one of their guests. I thought it was one of the highlights of my visit in Vienna.

Top Hosts...Top People! I already knew Ana and Peter like they are some of the most active members in the HC and CS so when the time came to make my way to Wien we came in contact. It has been really nice to spend time and enjoy the hospitality of those incredible people in their super nice decorated flat with art pieces from all over the planet. Devoted in helping travellers, very experienced hosts they know really how to make others feel comfortable. Although it has been a time when both were buzy, Peter and Anna helped me a lot. This Royal couple of HC/CS Vienna are now part of my family. I have deep love and respect for them and our relationship. We have met so many time and enjoyed every minute. I know that I will be meeting with them again soon. Peter likes to surprise and I will not be surprised if he turns up in Warsaw to meet me. ;). Maybe just for my curry. Cheers

 

i kow ana and peter now since more than a year and meanwhile we got good friends. we met regular and i can say truly that they are a great couple. i am sure that they are the most hospitable people here in vienna (ok, the best hosts ever for the best guests ever). it is always fun to meet them. with or without guests ..... (yea, for me without guests, because once my guests meet anaypeter they stay with them the next time. he he)

I met Ana and Peter on my first night in Wien. I had dinner at their place on that night and again later during my stay. We also met a couple of times more. They are part of a very sociable bunch of CS members in Wien. I met so many CS member and their guests mainly because of the friendly social network they are in. My CS host introduced me to them.

Friendly, sociable and down to earth people. I enjoyed meeting them.

 

Peter and Ana are wonderful friends I met them first trough HC in 2005 and later on after a year they invited me to stay with them and I just stayed with them a few days ago in August 2006 for several days , they are realy great host and they are allways in tune to bring poeple together. They are very helpful and very friendly.

Ana and Peter are two genuinely kind persons, very relaxed and interested in knowing new countries. I enjoyed their company a lot, hearing about their travels and watching pictures. I hope to meet them again some day!

We had a great breakfast with them and had some very interesting conversations. Unfortunatelly i left the place very quick because i had to continue hitch hicking. I really would like to stay longer with them so i could know them better. Hope to see the around again!!!

Ana cooked a very delicous meal, while i was watching Peters Picture collection. After the meal we chat a lot about traveling, knowing other members and have a good time together!
Hope we met us soon again and then a little bit longer and with better weather to go outside exploring Vienna!

We met in Turku with others HospitalityClub/Couchsurfing members and we spent together few hours walking and taking pictures around the city and talking about HC experiences! They are great. I really hope to meet this HC- record host and guest -couple again!!! Have wonderful days wherever your are travelling ;)
