I'm not really a profile person. I'm quiet until I get to know you - then I'm an open book. A couple of glasses of wine or sake don't hurt either.

How I Participate in CS
I travel quite a bit myself, so I can't always host, but when I'm here I'm open to host and also show you around the city.
I have a clothing optional living space, so feel free to be naked and make yourself comfortable and at home. Nudists are always welcome.
I've officially started my nude portrait series of all the people I host or stay with. They are in my Naked Couch Surfers folder under photos. If you're a CSer and wish to be added to the collective, please contact me and we'll set up a free Naked CS portrait session.
The reason I say "Read my profile in its entirety" is that I've been contacted by some people I would classify (From reading their profiles and sometimes meeting in person) as RRRRR (Radical Right-Winged Religious Republican Rednecks) wanting to surf - AINT GONNA HAPPEN!!!!
CouchSurfing Experience
I've hosted people from this site and craigslist before.
I offer a clothing optional place for couch surfers. If you are a nudist you will feel right at home. Also, if you've never experienced naked couch surfing before, this is a great way to get your feet wet and try a new experience.
I'm currently photographing Naked Couch Surfers!! Even if you don't surf my couch, I'd love to photograph you for my Naked Couch Surfer portrait series. So if you're visiting or even local, contact me to set up your own free Naked CS Portrait session. Although the pictures may contain nudity, you will find them very tasteful indeed.

One Amazing Thing I've Seen or Done
I was living in Berlin, Germany when the Berlin Wall came down. We stood right next to the gate at Checkpoint Charlie after midnight when the gates opened and the first cars started coming through. The next day I stood on top of the Berlin Wall 3 feet away from Dan Rather as he gave the live news broadcast.

Scott is a fabulous host and friend. He definitely knows how to have a good time and is friends with lots of interesting folk, many of them fellow CS lovelies. If every host was as gracious as Scott life would be perfect.

Scott is an interesting, comfortable guy and a talented photographer. On two occasions he helped us on out short notice when we were visiting Oakland. His place is very laid back and open, and it's situated in a part of Oakland that is convenient for travelers.
Scott let us borrow his apartment even though he was out of town most of our stay! But he's nice, generous and a good photographer - and yep, I did do a shoot with him as well!
I've been hanging around with Scott through some local events in SF. Scott's a cool dude. I had a potluck at my place and he brought a ton of food, as well as cooking some killer chicken and mushroom soup. He also brought a great bottle of French wine and some Sake. He's very generous. He's got great stories of his travels and knows a lot about photography to boot!

Scott was awesome in hosting me at the last minute. He was an extremely gracious host and the photo session was a blast! He showed me a bit of uptown Oakland and I think he helped me reach an epiphany about what I would like to do in life. I hope to meet him again!
If you want to stay with someone who's uninhibited, progressive, and generous, I reccommend Scott. And yes, he really does walk around naked. Unfortunately we didn't get to have a photo shoot but he did show me that sake can taste good.
