Camtastic

Cameron was an amazing host he took great care of us and showed us some really cool places in San Francisco. I would recommend that anyone who can couch surf with Cameron do it!! Because he is so much fun, he makes you feel COMPLETELY comfortably and his personality is addictive.

I love Camtastic with all my heart. He lets me be on "the plan" although all I have to contribute are my good looks and charm. He has also become my confidante, still not sure how that happened...

To arrive at a Camtastic state, one must look a snail in the eyes and ponder their well-being, while keeping one hand on their house keys and the other on the turntables. I await the release of the novel on light skinned beings...

 

Cam is one of the people I had on my top ten list...actually make that top 5 list of people to meet. I had been hearing about his awesomeness for quite some time.....now I can say the rumors are false...he is far beyond awesome....or even amazingly awesome. Not only is he a truly delightful person with an kick-ass personality, but he also has great taste in beer...how could you go wrong with that?
Cam--thanks so much for making my trip an amazing time....even if you had to kick me out of the house ;)

 

after i saw him eat that spicy ass indian pickle paste, i knew i would forever linked with this man. great times hanging with cameron and the others at basecamp. really good to feel all the warmth...

 

Cam was our guiding light on the big MMM event in Golden Gate Park...we managed to get through weeks of planning sessions and the event turned out great!

Cameron is wonderful company. I learned a million things in just a couple hours, and didn't stop laughing thru it for a second. He's incredibly funny and even more so knowledgeable.

I haven't surfed w/ Cam from cf but I have surfed with him through life. I have travel across the us to visit him as he does when he comes home to visit us. He is totally cool, understanding and completely genuine.

a true cs hero, Cam is the man, from the get go i felt a huge rush of cs love and cosmic chaos, crazy yet grounded with the roots of mother earth, loves the hugs, big ones at that. a friend for life even after death im sure..

Cam stayed with me for five days. He actually didn't surf my couch but my balcony - It seems he really enjoys outdoors! He told me some interesting facts about CS. He's a nice guy. We had a good time.

 

A very nice guy, I hope we meet again somewhere down the road!

 

All I can say is that Cam really is CamTASTIC! He's a super cool funny DJ!

 

It took me a while to figure out that Cam comes with a manual. That is okay though, because he is a beautiful, caring person with lots of passion once you have a break through :)
Darkathon was definitely his masterpiece and one of the best parts of the Alaska collective!

Cameron really helped me learn a lot at the collective. He's the guy who won't value you for what you say or have, but for what you do and are. A true champion of the mind.

 

Before the first night of Burning Man I had never met or even heard of Camtastic, but we searched all over the playa for him - because with a name like that - how could you not want to meet him? And he was well worth the search. I had such a blast with this guy. Every moment was entertaining, and he was always up for fun, spontaneous adventures. Camtastic - you're fantastic!!!!! Since then he has become my fellow shaman traveling through the ether realms and he has a place on my couch on every plane.

There are not enough synonyms for awesome to describe Camtastic. He's a solid dude, way fun, smart, easy-going... This is someone you want on your couch and in your life.

 

One of the most genuine, awesomely fun and intriguing humans I know. Camtastic is fo' real.

I had a blast with Camtastic at the Collective. He's a fun guy! Great people person. I felt welcome at the CS house right away.

Camtastic is one of the best guys out there. Intellagent conversations, great cook and cocktail mixer, caring about the world and down with the goddess of life. He is family now.

Cam is a groovy soul and smart ta boot. He offers a lot intellectually and socially and is great fun to be around.

Camtastic. The name really explains it all. Cameron + Fantastic = him.
From the moment we met, we felt like we have been friends for a lifetime. So many things in common, amazing conversations, genuinely friendly, excited about life and couchsurfing... A great person to have in your life. If you can host, surf with this man, do it. If he asks you for your hand in marriage, do it!

Cameron and I worked together at the Thai collective for 2 months. He is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, who has a enviable talent for making instant friends with everyone he meets. To say it has been really enjoyable hanging with Cam would be a gross understatement, hope very much to catch up with him in the future.

 

From sleeping on rocks to showing up out of nowhere this guy is amazing. I look forward to finishing our conversation one of these days.

Cameron is full of enlightenment, fun, and enlightening fun. He rocks my socks off.

 

Passion is this guy's middle name! I admire the way he approaches anything he takes on - with dedication, fierce determination and the biggest smile that can light up an entire city. We connected on a deep level immediately - I love people who aren't afraid to hold back with what they really think. He is someone I would trust with my life - what more can you say than that!? A piece of my heart is yours Mr Mills!

I hope that your trip to Alaska goes well, it seems like a pretty challenging task, but I'm sure it will be plenty of fun.

Cameron can think of more insulting and hilarious names to call people than anyone I've ever met. He will call you them, and give you a big hug immediately after. Prepare to laugh.

 

There is a perfect, pure, positive energy that emanates from Cam. He is a teacher, a leader, a prophet and a revolutionary. In the time we served at the Thai Collective together, he served (perhaps unknowingly) as a mentor to me. My favorite lesson: how to lean in against your fears and trust that all will be well, even when the Earth seems to be shuddering beneath your motorbike tires. Anyone would be lucky host or be hosted by Cam. He's absolutely brilliant.

 

Cam is friendly and a cool cat. Rad DJ as well. I can see how he's great in his position for the CS collective.

 

Cam is an openhearted, social person. You can absolutly party with Cam and also have interesting, enriching conversations. I am very happy we met!

 

Simply put, Cameron is a "down motha-fucka." Seriously. We bonded on that deep level so quickly, I almost couldn't believe this guy was for real. Well, believe it. This guy is as real as it gets.

 

So, I was sitting here thinking of how much I miss Cam when I realized I haven't written him a reference yet!

Camtastic is one of the most genuine and sincere people you'll ever meet. He reminds you to keep your cool and not to let the world get to you. He was a wonderful friend and confidant at the Thai CS Collective. He always had my back and I'm glad I got to share that amazing experience with him. Cam is spontaneous and funny, trustworthy and caring. He's the kind of person you want with you on any adventure. I have no doubt that he'll be in your Top-10 Best Surf/Host Experiences list, no matter which end he's on.

 

Cameron doesn't only know the meaning of having a good time...he's managed to crack the safe, access the recipe, and reproduce it in mass quantities. He's on a mission to ensure that everyone in the CS community has a Camtastic good time. There are no bush-league parties for this guy. See you soon at the first worldwide CS gathering Cameron.

 

Pink Thai fisherman pants got him looking like MC Hammer. Pink shades with the big rims got him like a million bucks. Fat DJ beats got us both smiling. But it’s none of those things that I’ll remember him best for. Thanks for being honest Cam. Next time we meet I’m giving you an Atomic Hug - Watch yourself ;)

 

Cameron is one of those rare people you meet and feel like you've known for a long time. He's fun to hang with at parties or to just sit and talk with.

If the experience of my life has taught me anything, it is how to recognize good people. Cameron is unquestionably good people.

This man can throw a PARTY. Literally and figuratively. Your brain won't know what hit it - but it will want to go again.

This homeboy is quite the charmer. He is generous and considerate and I am so glad to not only know him but be able to have him as part of my (Burning Man) family.

 

Camtastic is, well, Cam-bloody-tastic! Through at least a dozen mutual awesome friends we finally met at my 30th b'day weekend extravaganza and our lives will obviously never be the same again. I'll be your Plan B anytime, brotha!

 

Cameron is amazing. He's a real thinker with a creative mind and kind heart. He is an inspiration for me and many others. We've had some incredible journies and I can't wait for more!

I knew him before we met by his reputation, and when I met him, he lived up to the hype. Mr. Mills is a very fun, and very funny guy with tons of positivity and lots of high energy. He glows in the dark!

 

From the host of the Crokett collective to the present Cameron is good company. Two Words"hilarious & insightful". He should be doing stand up comedy I swear it as he is great at entertaining as well as hosting. I stayed with Cameron He is an extremely positive induvidual. Got great vibes. He also get's CS and the larger world on a deeper level. Before he gave so much generoisty and he was even a member. Cooking is excellent. Welcome to Couchsurfing Cam!!!

I love Cameron!! We love Cameron!!! He rocks the house with 2,000 watts of sound, crazy outfits, a fatty tricycle, insane dance moves, and SO much LOVE! This is one guy that I really can't wait to know better. *And now that I know him- a little better than before... well I want to know him EVEN more! Grounded+ Lifted+ Balanced= Camtastic

 

Loving. Thats the first word crossing my minde when I think at Camaron. He won my heart with his humor and honesty. Such a life loving and ejoying wonderful person. I'm greatful to know you!

 

Camtastic and I shot out of the same rocketship and just happen to land in different places - only to be reunited again, years later, in meat-space.

Cameron is more fun then a barrel of monkeys and way more sanitary... I enjoy his presence because he's generally quite happy and always down for a good time.

 

Camtastic is fantastic. We've had numerous humorous adventures, indeed. Back in ye olde days of Superstar Nation we camped together at that one thing in the desert, we rocked Reno together for the "Vampire Video Network" company holiday party and CEO birthday exxxtravaganza, and he's hosted many thought provoking shin-digs, not the least of which was the super-secret, underground "Crockett Collective". I love you, Cammy, my fellow Bodhisattva.

Cameron is someply one of my favorite people to be around. He brings a smile to my face every time I see him. Cameron has done so much for me and CS. He is like a brother to me. And... I really hope he comes to NZ!

 

I love this guy. The very first day that I met him, and he started to spit some of his original philosophies, I knew that I had to have him on my side in this life. A major backer of the show and of the CS spirit. Keep on rockin it Camyflauge.
