Couch Information
No couch currently available for surfing.  I am very friendly and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people. I traveled for a year a while ago so I know what the backpacker experience is like.
I live in the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg, South Africa. It is a quaint area that is very much an old Irish/Scottish area so it has a very friendly village-like environment. There is much to do in the surrounding area, with a fun night life in the Melville and Greenside areas (If that is your thing) and many parks, galleries and museums during the day time, so your stay will be far from boring.
The house I am currently staying in belongs to my parents, but they are friendly people who won't give you any troubles or hassles. We can accommodate you with all you need (food, blankets, etc.) And do have some pets (cats). The best times would be weekends and some weekdays and I have a quite a lot of free time so I can show you around, etc. Your stay shouldn't be longer that five days. But I have friends who couch surf as well so if you need accommodation I can direct you to them.
