ABOUT ME

My conversations lean toward the inappropriate. I feel like swing sets are a feasible replacement for antidepressants. I am an introvert with outbursts of extroversion. My mind moves too fast for my mouth, so I skip words and say things funny at times. I consider myself to be intelligent; however, common sense sometimes escapes me. Sometimes I say nonwords like "funner". I like to surround myself with people that have different areas of knowledge and then ask them a lot of questions. I wouldn't say that I have things together or figured out, and I think it's funny when people pretend that they do. I go through a different kind of philosophical meltdown each month, but I think it's because I enjoy the process. I am constantly trying to become a better person and failing. I don't really know how to play it cool. I laugh a lot and usually at inappropriate times. I sometimes have uncontrollable episodes of laughter that I can't explain. It takes a lot to shock me and very little to amuse me. I hate talking about the weather, haircuts, and clothing. I wish I could find more opportunities to utilize body paint; however, my daily life is pretty routine. I run a lot. I enjoy being outside. I like bars, drinking, and dancing. Being able to walk and bike places makes me really happy.(After proof reading this, I realize that it makes me sound like a loon. I WILL NOT edit out my silliness!)

PHILOSOPHY

I feel that happiness is life's ultimate goal. I believe that this can be reached through being open, receptive, and flexible. I believe in being self-accountable, owning your feelings, and being independent.
Oh AND "I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't hosted in awhile, but I love it. I love meeting new people and doing what I can to make them smile. It's not an uneven relationship though. I do not have the wherewithal to travel as much as I'd like, so I am living vicariously through you at the moment. Tell me some stories!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfing experience is brief. I couchsurfed a few nights in Seattle, San Francisco, Key West.  The warmth and welcome I experience still brings me happiness. I really love utilizing CS to find people to hang out with when I travel. No matter what you want to do...museums, eating, running 10 miles, drinking, climbing up mountains to explore old forts...you can find someone on CS what wants to do that with you!
