It is hard to describe oneself. I believe I'm a simple person, very curious to learn new things, talk to people that can teach me something interesting (not necessarily something useful), can be shy at times, and very talkative at others... uh, this will have to do. :)
I love:
- my family and friends
- mushrooms and salads and mushrooms in salads :)
- dancing in general and salsa
- traveling
- yoga
- taking photos and looking at them
- going to galleries and museums and also just walking around town, taking in all the surroundings
- art in general, if it succeeds at making me feel or think intensely when in contact with it
I hope to find out soon what I want to do in my life...in the mean time I'm studying and traveling.
How I Participate in CS
I hosted people and I've also been hosted.
CouchSurfing Experience
Amazing! The most interesting way to travel, but I can imagine it's not good for just anyone. I met some amazing people and had the opportunity to see how they live and learn from them.
Philosophy
I'm trying to live "for the moment", but I still fail sometimes and start worrying for no good reason. But I'm improving :)
Music, Movies, Books
I like almost all dance movies, but also many other genres. I don't like action movies and science fiction ones (well, E.T. wasn't so bad when I saw it 10 years ago. :)
Books: the last one I read was The Laws by Connie Palmen. I also like poetry and at times write some.
Music: many different types, for example artists like Sigur Ros, Why?, The Postal Service,
also latine music, jazz, classical etc. etc.
Types of People I enjoy
funny
intelligent
open-minded
simple
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you dance salsa and a little something about Slovenian culture...
Opinion on the CouchSurfing.org Project
I've had great experience. I can't wait to host again once I get a bigger place.
This summary is not a replacement for reading references; it's a quick summary to help you get started. At a glance, you can see how many references a member has, and how many of them are positive, neutral, and negative.
In the second line, you'll see how many references came from people who hosted this member, surfed with them, and traveled with them. These numbers won't always add up to the total: some references are not categorized, and some may be categorized as more than one thing.
When viewing this summary, don't jump to conclusions! Things that are negative for one person may be positive for another, and vice versa. It's important to read references carefully and evaluate what that information means to you.
What I like about Eva is her curiosity about everything - especially for foreign countries, languages, music. We have so much in common, yet we can learn so much from each other.
And yeah, there is one thing I deffinitely want to do - travel somewhere with her, since I think we would be perfect travelling partners :)
Eva is one of the most generous and thoughtful people I know. She is knows so much about Ljubljana and is an excellent tour guide and a much too hospitable host. She is super interesting and always up for a wacky joke. Down to earth and kind-hearted, she's a pleasure to know!

I met Eva through a friend while I was studying abroad in Italy. She is a sweet person and a pleasure to be around!
Eva is amazing. She made my stay so comfortable I didn't want to leave. We engaged in some great conversations that seemed to speed up the clocks in the house. You should host her if you are lucky enough to get the chance.

I didn't know I never left you a reference. I moved and now am able to host people as much as I like! I forget the name of the guy you were traveling with: I think he watches over you in a great way. I had a good time with you guys. Cya in Ljubljana in about 7 years (guess;)
Eva's positive, laid-back personality made her a wonderful guest to host. She has a very comfortable, easy-going nature and I really enjoyed the time we spent chatting together. I only wish she could have stayed longer!
We both had a great experience with her... this is the exact reason why we are doing this couchsurfing thing... to meet some great, interesting open-minded people like Eva... We had a really good time and we hope to see you again Eva!

Eva is an experienced couchsurfer with a heart of gold. I've surfed her place many times, and I must say she knows how to treat a guest. Amazing breakfasts too! BRING HER MUSHROOMS!
